Getting Started

• Login: Use your student ID and password to access the system
• Dashboard: View all your enrolled courses on the main dashboard
• Profile: Update your profile information and upload a photo

Accessing Courses

• Click on any course card to view course details
• Use the icons to access: Announcements, Quizzes, Assignments, Live Classes
• Check notifications regularly for updates

Taking Quizzes

• Click the Quiz icon on your course card
• Active quizzes will be highlighted
• Click "Start Quiz" to begin
• Submit before the deadline - results appear immediately
• Note: You cannot retake quizzes once submitted

Submitting Assignments

• Click the Assignment icon on your course card
• Download the assignment file
• Complete and upload your solution before deadline
• Check back for grades and feedback

Joining Live Classes

• Click the Video icon on your course card
• View scheduled live classes and recorded videos
• Click "Join Live Class" for Google Meet sessions
• Click "Watch Video" for recorded lectures
• Videos play inside the modal - no new tabs needed

Checking Attendance

• Your attendance is tracked automatically when you login
• Stay logged in during class hours
• Minimum 80% attendance is required for certificate
• Contact your teacher if you see any discrepancies

Teacher Dashboard

• Access your dashboard using teacher credentials
• Four main action cards: Quiz, Assignment, Reports, Live Classes
• View student submissions in tabs below

Creating Quizzes

• Click "Create Quiz" card
• Select course and enter quiz details
• Add MCQ questions with options
• Set start and end time for quiz availability
• Students will be notified automatically via email

Uploading Assignments

• Click "Assignment" card
• Select course and upload assignment file (PDF/DOCX)
• Set start and due dates
• Students can download and submit solutions
• Review submissions in the "Assignment Submissions" tab

Creating Live Classes

• Click "Live Classes" card
• Choose between Live Google Meet or Recorded Video
• For Live: Enter Google Meet link and schedule
• For Recorded: Upload video or paste YouTube URL
• Optional: Upload custom thumbnail
• Students receive email notifications automatically

Viewing Reports

• Click "Reports" card
• View three types of reports:
• Attendance Report: Student login history and attendance %
• Quiz Report: Average quiz scores and performance
• Student Progress: Overall student progress tracking
• Export any report to Excel using the export button

Time Analytics

• Click "Time Analytics" tab on dashboard
• View detailed student time tracking (login/logout/durations)
• Only students are shown (teachers and admins excluded)
• Track quiz and live class participation
